Voice

Don't ask — move me into voice channels automatically When you stop in a room with a voice channel, or sit with someone at a desk pod, you're moved straight away instead of being asked. You need to be in a voice channel (any one) already.

Office

Day and night The office follows the time of day where you are: golden around sunrise and sunset, and darker once the sun's down. Turn this off for daylight all the time. Show my local time Your card (and your desk) shows others what time it is where you are, so they know whether you're likely around. Only the time, never the place. Walk in from the road when I arrive You come in along the road and up the path to your desk (or reception), and everyone sees you arrive. Off, you start at your desk. Either way, people see you head off down the road when you leave.

Voice channels · admin

Rooms are linked to the Discord voice channels with the same names. Resync after adding or renaming channels in Discord, or rooms in the layout.

No room uses these channels any more, e.g. after a room was removed from the layout. Delete any you made for the office.

Who can join the rooms from Discord AnyoneThe rooms are ordinary voice channels. LockedPeople can see the rooms (and who's in them) but can't click in. Only the office moves them. HiddenThe rooms drop out of people's channel lists, and only the office moves them in. Discord doesn't document this, so try it first.

The Lobby always stays open, so people can join voice. Locking and hiding need the bot to have Manage Roles.

Start from a ready-made office, then make it your own. Your brand comes with you, Undo brings back what you had, and nothing changes for everyone until you publish.
